Skytraders' operating focus has been through its subsidiary Premier Airlines which was founded in 1982. Since its inception the company has been involved in a wide range of tasks using diverse aircraft specially suited to the job at hand. This has included types such as Lear, Westwind, Gulfstream, Boeing 727-100 / 200 and many more.

The company has operated for State and Federal Governments, major Australian industry leaders and multi-national companies such as DHL one of the largest international freight integrators in the world
